Our largest tank cleaner, the Gamajet IV “GT” is designed to clean larger sized tanks with diameters of over 15' (4.57 m). Developed and upgraded from the proven Gamajet III, the IV “GT” is a hydraulically driven rotary tank cleaning machine that revolves 360° in both horizontal and vertical planes. Synchronized solid jets provide a tight and thorough scouring pattern covering all interior tank surfaces in one complete cycle. 

The IV “GT” is available in stainless steel or silicon bronze with a choice of oil-lubricated or flo-thru (wash fluid lubricated) gearboxes. Gear trains are designed to maximize wear life which offers improved reliability and reduced downtime.

A choice of twelve nozzle sizes, various hydraulic turbines and stators along with two gear systems, offer a wide operating range of flow rates, nozzle rotation speeds, and wash cycles. The IV “GT” is fully capable of high concentration chemical recirculation cleaning or high pressure – low volume water jet scrubbing in fixed CIP automated systems.

The Gamajet V is a fluid-driven, rotary tank cleaning machine designed to fit through small passageways and to clean smaller vessels (up to 15’ (4.57 m) in diameter by 15’ (4.57 m) high). It revolves 360° in both the horizontal and vertical planes, with synchronized solid jets providing a tight and thorough scouring pattern on the inside tank surfaces in just one complete cycle. Its horizontal and vertical rotation patterns are interlocked and controlled by gears, not by any reaction forces. A choice of nozzle sizes, turbines and gear speeds offers a range of flow rates, pressures and wash cycle times.

The new Gamajet VI is designed specifically to meet the demands of the beverage, food, pharmaceutical and personal care products industries for a non-lubricated, contaminant-free cleaning unit. Using the cleaning solution as a lubricant, the consistent and reproducible spray pattern of the Gamajet VI can be monitored to ensure reproducible and repeatable cleaning cycles that provide the thorough and verifiable cleaning demanded by these industries.

Its compact size fits through a standard 3” (7.62 cm) sanitary fitting, and its light weight of 4 lbs. (1.81 kg) makes for easy handling and maneuverability. The unit incorporates design features that minimize leakage and ensure that up to 97% of the cleaning solution passes through the unit and is utilized in the cleaning process. In addition, start up pressures can be as low as 5 psi (.35 bar) and the unit will run at a minimum flow rate of 5 gal/min. (18.92 l/min). A choice of nozzle sizes and stators offers a range of flow rates, pressures and wash cycle times.

The Gamajet VI is patent-pending and represents the first and only fluid-driven, non-lubricated and validateable method for reliably cleaning smaller process vessels.
