The V200 positioner incorporates the flexibility of converting from a pneumatic unit to various versions of an electropneumatic unit, and the ability to add position feedback, in a matter of minutes, all in one compact and rugged housing.

BLX V100 is a compact, modular positioner for both rotary and linear actuators, double or single acting.

BLX V100 has independent zero and span adjustments, making calibration very simple. External access for zeroing is standard. BLX V100 corrosion resistant painting and sealing meet NEMA 4X as well as the sealing requirement IP 66. BLX V100 is furnished standard with four connections for gauges and a threaded opening for venting the positioner’s exhaust.

The BLX R100 feedback unit for the V100 offers a variety of feedback options. R100 is offered as an accessory.

The BLX R100 series feedback unit allows for accurate position feedback where on-off indication (mechanical switches) or 4-20 mA Position transmitter or potentiometer is required. Feedback units can be factory or field mounted to the V100 Positioner with no additional parts or mounting brackets required, thus creating a very compact package.

Combinations of switches and transmitters or potentiometers are available. The corrosion resistant painting and sealing meet NEMA 4X as well as the sealing requirement IP66.

The hand adjustable cams offer slack free lock in place within 3° resolution and steep switching characteristics. R100 is furnished standard with two cable entries.
